1️⃣ Consultation and preparation of documents

Determine the possibility of submitting to a visa centre in Thailand (service only available for those with a long-stay visa).
We check the documents.
We provide samples of all required documents in English.

💡 Important: When applying for a Schengen not in the country of citizenship, it is necessary to confirm the attachment to the current place of residence (work, study, property, etc.). Since a long-term visa in Thailand shows that you can work remotely, the consulate may question your intention to return. This increases the likelihood of rejection.

📌 It is recommended to buy air tickets and hotels before applying as bookings are not always accepted.

2️⃣ Enrolling at a visa application centre

Pick the nearest available date.
Pay all online fees and appointment.

📌 Schengen to Spain or France are considered the most loyal when considering applications.

3️⃣ Hotel and flight bookings

We make a minimum of 2 hotel bookings to increase the chances of visa approval.
Select airline tickets. If redemption is required, we give advance notice.

4️⃣ Document preparation and printing

We print all documents in the required format.
We deliver them to you within the city, so you don’t have to worry about the correct formatting.

5️⃣ Submission of documents to the visa application centre

On the appointed day, the client submits the documents to the visa centre.
We stay in touch and liaise with the consulate if necessary.

6️⃣ Review of the application and receipt of the visa.
