Applicants for Thailand Elite membership must meet certain qualifications. These include regular residency under Thailand’s immigration laws, holding a valid foreign passport, and having a clean criminal record. In addition, all applications must be approved by immigration.
Be prepared that Thailand Elite membership requires payment of membership fees for the selected program. Applicants with Non O (Volunteer), ED Visa and NON-Imm (Medical Treatment) visas must also report these visas and may be required to provide additional documentation.
The applicant/club member must possess and maintain the following qualifications:
- Thailand has no record of visa overstays
- Permission to stay in Thailand under the immigration laws or any related laws of Thailand
- Possess a foreign passport from an accepted country
- has not been declared a person of sound mind, incompetent or quasi-incompetent; and
- Not being sentenced to imprisonment in any country (except for an offense committed through negligence)
- Eligible countries (citizen of an eligible country, non-sanctioned country*)
- The application must be approved by the immigration office
- Payment of membership fees of the selected program
- Applicants with Non O (Volunteer), ED Visa and NON-Imm (Medical Treatment) visas must disclose their visa status and possibly provide additional documentation.
